Romantic Hot Tub Getaway, Walk to Fells Point

Located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, this one-bedroom Baltimore rowhome is ideal for a couple or single traveler. Luxury touches include a walk-in rain shower with separate bathtub, wide variety of soaps, shampoos and essential toiletries, gourmet coffeemaker, outdoor hot tub, private washer/dryer, ultra-plush bedroom carpet and more. The space This historic rowhouse was built over a century ago to house the city's waterfront workers. It's a cozy home located on a dead-silent alley, with great light and a private hot tub patio. The bedroom and spacious bathroom are upstairs. The washer/dryer are in the basement. In addition to the luxurious queen bed on the 2nd floor, there are two compact sleeper sofas on the ground floor (one full, one twin). There are HDTVs in the living room and bedroom that are loaded with streaming options including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Max and Paramount+ with Showtime. Well-behaved dogs are invited to come stay for an additional fee and subject to prior aproval. See below. I'm a Superhost with 10 years of delighting AirBNB travelers. Other things to note - Parties and unauthorized gatherings are never allowed. - Visitors, additional guests and pets require prior host approval. - Dogs are warmly welcome subject to agreement to pet rules and payment of separate fee of $55/dog/night (reduced to $35 for hypoallergenic or nonshedding dogs). Discounts for stays of 3+ nights. - Cats and other animals are strictly forbidden, unless exception given prior to booking. - Smoking/vaping inside strictly prohibited. You may smoke cigarettes on the back patio. - Hookah, marijuana and illegal drugs are never allowed on property. - Back patio quiet hours after 9PM - noise must be kept at a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.  - The hot tub is available 97% of the year. Very occasionally subfreezing temps or guest misuse may render it briefly unusable. - Same city reservations require prior host approval. → Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood, but very hard to find at night. If you plan to arrive after 7PM, you will be circling awhile and likely have to park several blocks away. You are welcome to briefly park in front of the house to load/unload your bags etc. I will send detailed parking tips and tricks after you're booked. → For parties of more than 2: There is one "real bed" in this home - a queen in the bedroom upstairs. Any other sleepers would be on one of the two pullout sofas in the living room. Please note that when extended, the sofas take up most of the ground floor and can make the space feel very crowded. it works for close friends/family members who don't mind rubbing elbows for a night or two and don't need their own private space during the day. We provide more than enough linens and pillows for anybody using the sofas. → Little ones welcome!
