The space The studio is a warm, open-plan and thoughtfully designed space, located on a shared property with the hosts but completely separate from the main house, offering privacy and independence. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and a compact kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave, cutlery and crockery, ideal for light meals. Three skylights fill the space with natural light during the day and starry views at night. Step out onto your own private deck to enjoy peaceful outlooks, morning coffee, or a quiet moment after a day of exploring Rotorua. A newly installed air conditioning heat pump ensures year-round comfort. Guests have access to one off-street parking space at the front of the property, with a very short and easy walk to the loft at the rear, as well as free street parking if needed. The location is a real highlight. The Redwoods Forest is within easy walking distance, making the loft ideal for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts. Rotorua’s CBD, supermarkets, Eat Street, the airport, lakes for swimming, and many of the region’s most popular attractions are all just a five-minute drive away. Please note: The kitchenette is ideal for light meals and refreshments but does not include cooking facilities. The studio features three manually operated skylights which do not have blinds.
