This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to explore all Matakana has to offer… the beautiful wineries, pristine white sandy beaches and famous Saturday Farmers markets. The space This is a tranquil open plan space with lovely wooden tones, two dining areas and gorgeous views out to the hills and orchards. There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. This space includes a kitchenette, with a great outdoor BBQ on the deck (no oven/ stove). There is a lovely lounge with a TV, one large bathroom with a shower & washing machine. This apartment has its own sunny deck, and staircase entrance. It is located above our home, but it is a completely seperate (and fully private) upstairs space. Guest access There is a seperate staircase that takes you to the upstairs space. You have your own entrance, but the driveway is shared. We ask that you enjoy the apartment's gorgeous sunny deck & views on offer, but please respect the privacy of the house and garden downstairs. Other things to note No children under the age of 4yrs because of the steep staircase, and it is located on an open/ unfenced rural property. There is no enclosed area for children to play.
