Perfect for fisherman, 10 minutes from 3 major rivers and 30 from a few more. Brookings is only 12 minutes away with convenient shopping, good restaurants, and no sales tax. This is a clean, safe,peaceful alternative to a motel. The space A clean and comfortable queen bed in a private bedroom that you can lock and leave your belongings while you go explore the area. Guest access . A few things to note to help us both navigate around here! Parking. I have a long driveway beside my house and a semi circle driveway towards the street beside my mailbox . If you could park in the semi circle and keep the long driveway clear we should both be able to come and go without any hassle. If that makes sense I hope?! Oceanview Dr is the old highway 101 and cars go down it rather quickly . We have wildlife around. Elk, owl, bear, cat etc. All regular visitors around here so be mindful. There is room in the refrigerator if you need and a kitchen you are free to use. There is plates bowls cutlery etc . I will be doing my usual day to day stuff coming and going throughout the day but here if you need anything. I stay in the master bedroom on the other side of the house.
