Private room in a new house I purchased 2 yrs ago. Right between Crescent City and Brookings. Perfect for traveling professionals being 15 minutes away from Sutter Hospital. 13 minutes from the prison. Perfect for fisherman, 10 minutes from 3 major rivers and 30 from a few more. Brookings is only 10 minutes away with convenient shopping, good restaurants, and no sales tax. This is a safe, clean, and quiet alternative to motels. The space I just bought a new house in Smith River and i occupy one of the rooms. There are 2 other rooms i rent to travelling professionals and they share a bathroom. I just bought a Dozier chair that folds out into a single bed. This room can accommodate people who need a separate sleeping space from their travel partner.The house is situated near the 101 highway between Brookings oregon and Crescent city California. 13 miles from the prison and excellently located for traveling professionals. Guest access The whole house. Kitchen, laundry, frontyard, bathroom. I am in the master with my dog. The other rooms are across the living room from me along with the shared bathroom. I have a semi circular driveway so we can all be out of each other's way with our cars. Oceanview Dr is the old highway 101 and cars go down it rather quickly . We have wildlife around. Elk, owl, bear, cat etc. All regular visitors around here so be mindful. There is room in the refrigerator if you need and a kitchen you are free to use. There is plates bowls cutlery etc . I will be doing my usual day to day stuff coming and going throughout the day but here if you need anything. I stay in the master bedroom on the other side of the house. During your stay I can be here as much or as little as you want. If you need tips on where to go see baby seals or a great place for a sunset I've got them! As well as where to shop and eat around here. I also know of local free swimming holes and where the best rocks and agates are. Inquire about pet sitting. I can be reached 24/7 at 530 921 5187 Other things to note I know great beaches and where to get the best fish and chips in the area. Ask if you would like recommendations. .
