Located on the 2nd floor (32 STAIRS) No Lift. FOR FOUR PERSONS ONLY . No PARTIES ETC allowed sit back and unwind. Watch the sunrise with a hot cup of tea. Soak in the sun from noon till evening sitting on the very spacious balcony. Walk or a run in the Topiary park. Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee and see the birds come to roost on the Hollock and Ashoka trees. Market a two minute walk to shop and snack fresh juice, momos, burger,etc. At night, sit out and enjoy clear skies and nature🌿enjoy. Other things to note Hello Guest/s. We look forward to host you and make your stay comfortable, private and peaceful.. This Room listing is for Four persons only. If you book for one guest then only one guest is allowed. Visitors are not allowed. The stay is exclusively for the guest/s. In case you are booking for someone else please mention at the time of booking in Airbnb message box. Otherwise we will not be able to host. Last check in time is 9.00 PM in case you are checking in later please inform before booking. Check out time is 12.00 Noon. Kindly note before booking. ID’s of all guest to be given on arrival (Aadhar Card or Passport). Please note that Airbnb does not share any ID with host. This is a mandatory requirement as per govt regulations. For security, couriers and any other delivery persons are not allowed inside the premises. Food and any other deliveries are to be collected from the main gate on the Ground Floor. Parties and any other type of events, loud music, wall and other type of any decorations etc. are not allowed. All guest/s are requested to follow so as to not cause any inconvenience to other guests and neighborhood. Meals are not included. All guest/s are requested to wash any crockery, cutlery or utensils used by them. We do not have any assistance for carrying luggage to the 2nd floor of your stay and no parking of vehicles inside. SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT INCLUDING BATHROOM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. (Spray etc. does not work and its takes more than two days to neutralize the smell Excluding dry cleaning etc). If you wish to smoke you may do so in the front or rear balcony without causing inconvenience to co guest. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
