Cabana Aconchego is a retreat located on top of the hill with plenty of green area around it. Located within Sítio Bella Vista, a beautiful property at the top of Ufla. We have UFLA and two rural properties as neighbors. We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). We have Wi-Fi radio. Pets are welcome - see special conditions. The space The cabin was built as a home, for those seeking tranquility, and who enjoy contact with nature. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and charming, with screens on all exterior doors and windows, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The cabin has a full kitchen, a spacious suite with a bathtub integrated into a cozy covered rest area, all in glass. The surroundings of the cabin have beautiful landscaping, with large trees, a percolate and plenty of space for walking. The Sítio's garden has a lake full of beautiful and docile carp, an orchard, a small herb garden, a lavender field and a coffee maze. Our ranch presents the comfort of modern times, referring to the style of rural life, where greenery and silence prevail. The ranch has an area of 4 hectares, and the place we offer lodging is on a 3,000 m² plot surrounded by screen. The main area has 3 independent properties: the owners', the Aconchego Cabin (totally private) and the Bella Vista Chalet (also totally private). Safety The site has electronic gates with cameras. The house's land is all surrounded by a large fence. At one of the entrances to the property is the kennel with our guard dogs (the dogs are released at night for vigilance; the time they are released is previously agreed with the guests).
