You will enjoy the country setting and not far from everything the area has to offer. Perfect for traveling professionals or student. Easy Hwy 44 access, and 5 miles to I-5. Not far from Redding Airport. Enjoy the master bedroom with a Queen bed, large closet, dresser, small TV, and workspace. Plenty of off-street parking and easy drive through for an RV or equipment The space This cute country cottage is cozy. You have full access to the kitchen (shared) and it is stocked with everything you will need. The living room is shared but mostly will be yours. Large flat screen tv with over the air channels and streaming. High speed internet for your browsing and streaming. Enjoy the outdoors back patio area which offer a propane BBQ and fire pit. Plenty of off-street parking (not covered), and property is fully fenced and has an automatic gate opener. Driveway has a pull through for those with equipment to easily drive through. Laundry room is shared. Host lives onsite but works fulltime during the daytime. Mostly gone on the weekends. There is a dog onsite (never in the home,) shop kitty, and chickens. Inquire for more information. Guest access Guest has private access to the main part of the home. Laundry room is shared, and will need to be scheduled for use, but will mostly be available at all times with notice. Owner lives at home but has separate entry and works Monday through Friday away from home and usually gone on the weekends. During your stay I will be available by phone or text to assist you with any questions or concerns, and can meet in person.
