At times security will not allow guests without the host so there is no access at those times. *The golf course needs a number that you request on your arrival. *The tennis courts at times are down for maintenance. *The trails are expected to be open. The space is a good sized home. 3 Bedrooms 4 Beds, 1 Level, Stairs in front. No step access available in back. Security Camera at Front Entrance Pay your $100 Pet Fee before your arrival. $100 will permit you to bring 1-2 small dogs 20 pounds or less, or one medium-large dog 20-40 pounds.
