The beds and mattresses are of a premium quality and come with high thread count linen to match. The top floor is open plan and leaves you with 4 important decisions to make. Relax, Cook, Eat or all of the above? The smart tv is loaded with everyday TV plus Netflix, you can also find some board games in the drawers. Pack your chefs hat because the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates and all the glassware you could possibly need to treat your loved ones or to dine alone. That can be enjoyed in the dining area that is set up and ready to go for you as soon as you arrive! Guest access Keys are accessed through a lockbox at the front of the property. Access codes are provided 24 hours before your arrival date. Other things to note Parking: We provide parking discs which allow you to park directly outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours. You will then have pin locations for 2 streets less than a 5 minute walk away that will allow you to park free of charge. ID Verification for last minute booking: As part of our booking policy for last minute reservations, we require the main booker to submit a copy of their ID for verification. This can be a scanned copy or a photo of a driving licence or passport. For privacy, you may cover sensitive details such as barcodes, signatures, or ID numbers. As long as we can verify your name as one of the guests and confirm your age, the submission will be accepted. Rest assured, all IDs will be securely protected and used solely for internal verification. Once the process is complete, we will promptly delete your ID from our system.
