Our premium ski-in ski-out resort is perfectly situated next to the Park City Mountain Resort, with an ice-skating rink, restaurants, and ski service. While staying at Marriott's MountainSide, you'll enjoy it all, including beautiful accommodations, a superb location, ski-in/ski-out access to the PayDay Ski Lift, outdoor attractions, and the natural beauty of Park City, Utah. Discover Park City and historic Main Street, an excellent choice for Food, Drinks, Art, and Music. The space The property offers beautiful rentals and a breath-taking location on the Mountain in Park City with just a short stroll to lifts leading to the Crescent High Speed Quad or Heckler. Property amenities include a heated, outdoor pool, a fitness center, a whirlpool spa, a movie theatre, kids activities at The Mine, and family activities planned throughout your stay. Nearby you can find many hiking, biking, and jogging trails to explore the great outdoors. During the warmer months, you can find activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, and fly fishing close to the property, making this a year-round adventure spot. There is a game room for the kids, which features video games and kid activities.  The resort is also close to Park City's historic Main Street and the Sundance Film Festival venue. You can also find Clark Planetarium, Hogle Zoo, and The Children's Museum near the property. This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit features a king bed in the bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The separate living and dining room has a large TV with premium cable and movie channels, along with a DVD player. The unit features a full kitchen (Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Cookware, and Utensils). The unit has a Washer, Dryer, and fireplace as well. Guest access Check In with the Front Desk Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit. For those who are driving to the resort: All Villa types (studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom) will receive one (1) parking pass. Onsite parking is not guaranteed. Additional parking may be purchased at an additional cost of $30/day for two bedroom units only (subject to change). All 1 bedroom and guest suites do not have access to additional parking permits. Cashless Resort: Credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. Housekeeping is not included with the stay. To add on services for a fee, please contact the resort after you've received your final confirmation. All U.S. Postal Service mail must include a P.O. All incoming packages over one (1) pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. There will be no handling fees for groceries. The resort will hold delivery for 24 hours before disposing of items. Perishable items are not guaranteed cold storage as space is limited. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
