Herrick Reservoir is a short ATV/UTV ride away with trails abound just minutes up Smiths Ferry Rd. Enjoy a secluded property that is bright and cheerful with an abundance of windows and natural light. The space Inside there are games galore with Shuffleboard, AirHockey/Ping Pong/Pool Combo Table, Big Buck Hunter, Foosball, Giant Connect4, & play table for dinosaurs or Magnatiles! 3600sf over 3 levels 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (all shared, both master bedrooms have direct bathroom access) 3 common areas Main level opens up to a floor-to-ceiling River Rock covered gas fireplace with an open layout kitchen & large dining table. This level has the first master bedroom with a King Tempur-Pedic mattress (w/pack ‘n play), a 43” Roku TV, a shared bathroom, laundry room, and cabinet with more adult oriented board games. There is an Amazon Echo by the back door with Amazon Music available. Upstairs you’ll find an amazing game room with an open layout for everyone to enjoy. You’ll find a top-of-the-line Hudson 18’ custom shuffleboard table, a classic foosball table, a combo air hockey/ping pong/pool table, Big Buck Hunter, a sectional sofa, a 65” Roku TV, and a game table. Downstairs you’ll find the perfect kids gathering area with couch/chair facing a 43” Roku TV, a toddler play table (dinosaurs, wooden train building set inside), MagnaTiles, and Transformers. This area also contains all 1 full size bunk bed w/trundle bed below, 1 twin size bunk bed, and 1 full size murphy bed. There is an Amazon Echo by the door to play music (we play white noise in the evening to drown out noise from upstairs for those early sleepers). You’ll also find 2 more bedrooms both with queen beds (Nectar memory foam mattress w/Nectar topper in the master & a Layla memory foam copper mattress in the 2nd bedroom), and a shared bathroom. There is a crib mattress in the downstairs master bedroom to lay on the floor for that kiddo that gets scared in a new place. The master bedroom also has a 25” Roku TV in the armoire. Level 2 NEMA 14-50Amp EV Ready Plug Available, bring your own cables. In the Winter our driveway serves as a great sledding/tubing hill. For the real dare devil you can start above the cabin and try to make it all the way down to the road below! In the Summer/Fall we have many outdoor games available from a 5-basket disc golf course (regular frisbees provided, frisbee golf discs aren’t recommended due to difficulty of finding, etc.), a giant disc swing (excess weight (200lbs) can cause your bottom to hit the deck behind, recommend 2 kids or 1 adult/1 small kid max), climbing dome, ninja ropes course, Kubb, Giant Jenga, Mountain Bocce Ball, baseball set with plastic bat/foam balls/bases/batting T, Rollercoaster, Teeter-Totter, football, and a fire pit (axe not provided) to enjoy after a day of fun! New to 2024 is a kids ZIP LINE! Guest access Access to most everything except minimal storage areas for supplies, a few bathroom drawers, & pantry. Other things to note We do not offer refunds for internet outages, cleanliness not up to ones standards (it is a mountain property and cleaners are limited, they do the best they can while trying to keep time/costs reasonable), altercations with wild animals, etc. By renting this property, you assume all risk & liability for yourself and all guests brought onto property and into the cabin.
