Bonus shower in basement. It is clean. Wifi and Roku to log into your streaming services. Antenna for local channels, no cable. Board games, card decks, and books available for guest use. Guest access Full access to the house. Do not attempt to climb down the cliffside to the lake. Highly dangerous and concrete and waves make it unsuitable for swimming anyways. Please no parties. Other things to note The house is on Lakeshore Blvd, which is a fairly main road. The backyard is large and has plenty of room for dogs, kids, ladder ball, bocce, or for sipping coffee and enjoying a lake breeze and sunsets.
