Shower room with rainfall shower, heated towel rail & toiletries, accessed via its own external door (part of the cabin). Only guests aged 18 and over are permitted to stay in the cabin overnight unless accompanied by an adult. ACCESS & PARKING: • Located in Denshaw, Saddleworth, at the foothills of the Pennines on the edge of the Peak District National Park. • Accessed via a quiet rural lane through farm fields. • Private driveway with timber farm gates & parking for up to 5 cars. GROUNDS OF DOVE COTTAGE & THE GARDEN CABIN: PRIVATE GARDEN: • South-facing patio with luxury dining set & central gas fire • Freestanding BBQ • Private lawn & decking for relaxing ‘KIDS PLAY’ AND FARM ANIMALS: • Small gated lawn with Fisher Price slide & toddler climbing unit. • Football goals and ball are provided and can be taken down to the field near the ponds when accompanied by an adult. • Farm animals (‘mini’ pygmy goats, sheep) nearby — guests can feed them! • 2 super friendly farm cats • Alongside our goats, sheep, chickens, and cats, we also have beautiful livery horses at the Nature’s Reach stables. While they often spend their days in the fields, if they’re in the stables, we’re happy to introduce them to you. It’s a lovely extra for children and animal lovers — though please note this is not a riding experience. WOODLAND LAKE, HOT TUB & FIRE PIT: • Just 50m from the cottage sits a tranquil pond with mature beech trees • Beside it: a Swedish Kirami wood-fired hot tub (6–7 person) under festoon lights • ‘Plain Jane’ fire pit with swing-arm grill for woodland breakfasts or marshmallow toasting • Magical atmosphere: enjoy the tub on misty mornings, lazy afternoons, or under starry skies • Luxury towelling robes provided HOT TUB & FIRE PIT USE: • Hot tub available daily: 7:00am – 9:30pm • Fire pit available when weather is calm/light breeze • Children under 18 must be supervised in the woodland & when using hot tub/fire pit • Tub is fresh-water filled and heated with logs • Once heated, an electric thermostat maintains the temperature. • We pre-heat hot tub for you so it is perfect for when you arrive! Large bi-fold doors lead to a south-facing patio & lawn with countryside views. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, smart TV, plus BBQ & luxury outdoor dining set with gas fire. • Shower Room: Modern rainfall shower, WC & basin. • Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with standard single bed however this can pull out to become a normal sized double bed that can sleep 2 if you wish, but it's a little tight in the room when a double, so it is there as an option for you and your group/ family to decide upon. *Please see the attached photos to clarify. FIRST FLOOR (Cottage) • Bedroom 1: Upstairs there is a gorgeous master bedroom with a king sized bed and TV, with stunning views over the woodland and ponds from the Juliette balcony. • Bedroom 2: Also on the first floor there is an equally stylish albeit smaller twin room with pocket sliding door. PLEASE NOTE - The first single bed is a full sized single. Standard length 190cm. The second single bed in the room is a little smaller in length at 175cm (instead of 190cm) due to the way the existing roof trusses worked on the barn conversion. To be on the safe side we say it can happily accommodate an adult who is 5ft 6'' in height or less. *Please see the attached photos to clarify. • WC & Basin: Convenient upstairs washroom. • Dresser/ Desk to Landing - There is a small dressing space on the landing which could be used as a desk space for working if preferred. ADDITIONAL CABIN (Sleeps 2) • A charming Scandi-style cabin sits next to the cottage, perfect for couples or grandparents wanting their own retreat. • Open plan including a stylish double bed, compact kitchenette, and cozy seating, Amazon Fire Smart TV, open shelving with books & décor.
