Emergency bottled water always available. Dogs! Six - 2 deaf, 3 huge. One little. One cat. Don’t book if you hate inconvenience or dogs & cats! The space Think of this room as camping with electricity, comfy bed, fascinating room, but with water issues. Thus the reduced price. Books & art surrounded by woods. View directly out French doors. In summer, patio table & chairs outside door. Mountain/meadow view. Tipi available with notice( I’ve not gotten up this year)in meadow. Camp trailer available too. Your room has large bathroom with double sinks, shower, & private toilet room. My space is an eclectic collection of tea sets, bird houses and art, & musical instruments. IT’S HOMEY NOT STERILE. Star link internet but speeds may be slow at times. Self service room no matter how long the stay. Want clean sheets? They’re in the dresser. Knock on door to my living room and I will take the dirty linens. Guest access Guests will use the master suite and most outside areas north of the room. Security locks on door to your/& my space. One on guest side to choose to use, one on my side. Other things to note This is a non-smoking room. Light alcoholic drinking is acceptable but drunkenness is not. Pets can be discussed before reserving. Felines & canines will be allowed with $20 cleaning fee. My dogs & cat have free range of my house including guest room until you stay. If you are allergic, don’t book! They will bark and meow. PLEASE allow ME to introduce you to them. As for my fenced in guard dogs, please avoid walking by or around the Southwest corner of the 10 acres. We have an old septic. All toilet paper must be put in a trash can. We also have water issues. We sometimes have to haul water. So just letting water run is not advised. That’s why there is an electric kettle in the bathroom. If the water stops, knock on the inside door that locks. I’ll reset the pressure switch-or go haul more water which could take an hour.
