This 300 sq ft suite has all of the amenities to make your stay in Nashville comfortable, pleasant and convenient. The 2nd floor bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, a huge walk-in closet, kitchenette (including mini-fridge, microwave & coffeemaker), large TV, sofa and desk. Includes 2nd floor laundry room. You'll have access to the shared common areas on the first floor including full kitchen, family room and dining area. Private parking and security system. Female guests only please. Guest access You will have private/keyed access to your suite and shared access to the main floor common areas of the house. Access to the home is by keyless entry. You will be given a unique code to use for the duration of your stay. Other things to note The first floor tenant has a dog named Hazel. She's super friendly and sweet.
