Cozy family apartment at Anja & Charles'

Hello and welcome to our cozy family nest page. It offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, with the possibility of accommodating up to 4 adults and 1 young child. Located 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, 1 minute from the shopping street and 10 minutes from the quays of the Seine: all on foot! You will be 1 min from the metro which takes you in 8 min to Opéra and Boulevard Haussmann The area is super friendly, with restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and lots of shopping. The space The listing is in a secure building with entry codes and intercom. You will stay in a very bright, south-facing and typically Parisian apartment. A living/dining room containing a south-facing sofa bed, a beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom for young children/office also facing south. A fully-equipped kitchen completes our home :) In addition to this, the apartment has a nice balcony offering a great view of a park on one side and the start of the shopping street on the other and allowing you to have lunch/dinner or get some air. Useful little extras: an overhead projector, a nice collection of comics, a pancake maker, a rowing machine to build muscle, a Nintendo Switch, a very large number of board games! Please note, however, that our apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator access! The staircase is very well made and we climb it every day with our son but unfortunately it is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, fully equipped!
