The place is a 3 mins drive from Umina Beach (or 16 mins walk), Peninsula Recreation Precint, and shops; perfect place for outdoor activities and relaxation. Umina Beach is a 90 mins drive from Sydney, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley and is ideal place for swimming, surfing, SUPing, and walking along the beach and trails. Other things to note - We ask that guests to please clean the BBQ after use. - Spa use is restricted based on the guidelines provided. Kids (12 and below) are not allowed to use the spa without adult supervision. People with heart failure should not use the spa at high temperature (38 degree C and higher). - Fire pit use is only available during the winter season since the property is located beside a natural reserve. - As the property sits in a residential area, we request the guest to always keep the noise down and respect the neighbours around the property. We also do not allow big noisy parties in the property. - Please always expect native animal visitors in and around the property. Keep an eye on the resident possum living in the box on a dead tree in the reserve. They usually come out as soon as the sun goes down. Kookaburras, mynas, lorikeets, and king parrots are also regular visitor as they feed on insects and flowers around the property. - During non-peak seasons we do accept early check-in with extra cost added (pro-rated hours x nightly rate) - Total of 3 outdoor security cameras are installed outdoors facing front, side and back entrances of the property.
