Inside the Home: Step into a bright, welcoming living space with windows that frame stunning canal views. The compact but well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and Bluetooth-connected speakers for your favorite playlists. Dine inside or step out to the huge deck for al fresco meals overlooking the water. After sunset, head to the disco-inspired media lounge where you’ll find karaoke, a big-screen TV, board games, and puzzles. This is the perfect space for movie marathons, family game nights, or simply hanging out together. The home sleeps up to 5, featuring two king bedrooms with luxury linens and cozy touches, plus the pullout sofa. The front bedroom includes a desk and workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely if needed. Outdoor Spaces: Start your morning with coffee on the deck as the sun sparkles on the water. Spend the afternoon on your private beach (just steps across a quiet street) where you can launch the kayak or paddleboard, splash in the water, or gather around the firepit for s’mores. The hot tub is available year-round and offers beautiful water views — perfect for soaking after a day of adventure. During the warmer months, enjoy our paddleboard, kayak, life jackets, and other water toys provided for your stay. New Management and Upgrades: While we have maintained our listing history since launching, we have changed management and cleaning teams since summer 2025 to address the previous issues mentioned in past reviews. We have also fully upgraded furniture and amenities to address guest feedback! Guest access Guests have full access to the house, deck, hot tub, firepit, and private beach space. Parking is available up the hill on a slightly steep drive (alternate parking for one car across the street available). Entry is via Lock — your unique code will be provided before check-in. Other things to note Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no outdoor amenities after midnight. Rocky beach – water shoes recommended. No pets, no smoking. Mason County seasonal burn bans may restrict wood fires; propane fires permitted. Check-in after 10PM is unavailable to visibility and rural location. This is a compact home without bedroom closet hanging space or extensive storage for luggage or guest items. Note we do not have a washer/dryer available. Mid-stay towel service available on request for longer stays. Occasional power outages may affect well/water; compensation provided for daytime outages over 90 minutes.
