The house is a historic colonial farmhouse, built in 1775, set on 5-acres of private meadow with a river running right through it. Explore Columbia County from our 4 bed, 2 bath home equipped with all new appliances and fully kitted kitchen with restaurant-quality equipment. The space The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults with two bedrooms upstairs with a third bedroom/study (full-size murphy bed) downstairs. Downstairs living room also features queen-size sleeper sofa. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home plus 5-acres of private meadow and river access. Guests will also have access to private swimming pool (open May-September), BBQ and out-door fire pit.
