And as a completely separate town home, you have windows in every room with great views from each! We have two parking spaces available for you in our private parking lot at the condo -- if you have a third car you will need to park it on Highway 42. There is parking available on Hwy 42, 24 hours a day At the condo you are within 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, shopping, public beach and much more. We have decided not to continue supplying small hand soaps, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner for your use. In our efforts to provide a green friendly and virus safe environment for you, we have discontinued them – but will leave bulk sized bottles for your use of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. We will wash those bottles prior to your arrival. We will leave extra cleaning supplies and sprays under kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Please bag all garbage and leave in the place designated for each rental – usually right in the kitchen, in the garage or on the front porch. Lawn care is provided to us every week to two weeks. We are often not aware what date they will be coming – but please rest assured that they will be fast and will not interrupt your visit. Please note that winter tends to linger here in this part of Wisconsin. From November 1 through April 30 the dining table and chairs plus the firetable and firetable seating will be stored/covered. The gas grill is located alongside the building on the patio and is connected directly to natural gas line so no tank is needed. And you can use that gas grill if Mother Nature doesn't pile on too much snow on that back patio!
