Keep it simple at this centrally-located private suite in the heart of the Perimeter Mall area. This suite has a private bedroom, with a king bed, a work desk with high speed internet and a tv. A private bathroom is just steps away. The suite comes with full access to a home gym w/ Peloton bike (just bring our own clip-in shoes) and a fully stocked coffee bar. With easy access to 400 and the Perimeter Center Business District and area hospitals, this space is perfect a short stay in Atlanta! Guest access Guests will only have access to the private bedroom and private bathroom, as well as a shared gym that is shown in the listing. Guests DO NOT have access to the downstairs living room or any other part of the home. Other things to note This is our home and we require all guest to be respectful of our property and our rules. All guests are required to submit government issued ID. Additionally, we do not accept reservations from people local to the Atlanta area. No exceptions. Reservations from local residents will be canceled and will not be refunded.
