The Studio: This newly renovated apartment is located in a classic Montreal building. Please note there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly and well-decorated living space: sofa, coffee table, TV. - A fully equipped modern kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cooking utensils. - A very comfortable queen-size bed. - A neat bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The Neighborhood: Le Plateau is a real Montreal gem, ideal for an authentic and unforgettable experience. Other things to note *PETS* CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding. Additional ๏ fees: $100 per stay per dog. ๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience. ๏ We do not accept dogs weighing more than 40 pounds or those under one year of age. ๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access the rooms at all times. ๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for the neighbors. ๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean. *TELEVISION* A smart TV is at your disposal, you can easily connect to your personal streaming accounts, such as Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and many more. Please note that we do not offer cable channels. *AIR CONDITIONING* There is a wall-mounted air conditioning system. *STAIRS* For some, our interior stairs have a marked difference in height, typical of the Montreal architectural style. They are equipped with ramps to ensure your comfort and safety when using them. *PARKING* Free parking is available on the streets around the building.
