Located 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: *Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management. *Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. The fastest way to reach us is through the message feature on the Airbnb app, phone calls or emails will be delayed. Just 9 miles from O’Hare International Airport, Morton Groove is also convenient to major highways such as I-94, which is a straight shot to Downton Chicago. Public Transit: Morton Grove is served by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). You can use CTA buses and trains to get around the area. Visit the CTA website or use a transit app to check schedules, routes, and fares. Bicycling: If you have a bicycle, you can use it to get around Morton Grove. Be sure to use bike lanes and obey traffic rules. Some areas may have bike-sharing programs as well. Ridesharing: You can use ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft to get transportation to your desired destinations. Taxis: Traditional taxi services are also available in the area. You can call a local taxi company or use taxi-hailing apps if they are available. Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. - All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Note** The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
