This house is inhabited when it is not rented, and therefore has a soul: we welcome you as guests, to allow you to enjoy its absolute calm, its relaxation areas, its office for possible remote working needs Close to Strasbourg city center (accessible in 15 minutes by bike or tram, the station is a 5-minute walk away) The space A double bedroom on the first floor and another double bedroom located in a furnished basement (with daylight) + a single bed also in a basement room On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining room, living room with two sofas, designer furniture, HD TV with Netflix. Toilet Bathroom on the 1st floor (shower) and 2nd toilet Guest access Access to all rooms in the house, excluding locked private areas Other things to note Our guests have free use of common kitchen products: salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, coffee... and can use the refrigerator (please respect the food there, the house being inhabited, we also use it!) Please do not use the bottles of alcohol, jars of preserves and other "private" products
