The Duncraig House

Stylish and spacious 3 bedroom house. Light and breezy with 2 spacious living areas and 2 bathrooms, one an ensuite. Desks aplenty, with two bedrooms having desks and a separate study nook off the front lounge room. Large screen TV, netflix, a Sonos system with speakers that can connect in three rooms. Serene pet friendly backyard, BBQ and outdoor seating. Only 4 mins drive to Perth's amazing beaches and well located for public transport and shopping. The space There are two spacious living areas so plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The back living area is really spacious with a 75 inch TV flowing onto the serene flat backyard. Fully fenced so it's safe for kids and pets. Ducted air conditioning heats and cools, and there are fans in the bedrooms. The house has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine, dryer and washing line. Plenty of parking off street, and if you are concerned about car security you can park 2 cars behind the garage door. Then there is room for another 2 to 3 on the driveways. What I love best about the location is the speed to beach...only 4mins drive to the closest Sorrento and 5 to 6 to North Beach. The house is next to a national park and is super serene and quiet with the added bonus of a shop across the road. The shops boast a Thai that is fabulous to eat in and an awesome take away fish and chip place. 5 mins walk acorss Hepburn Ave and you have Indian, Japanese and Thai options. Hillarys Marina is 5 mins drive. Plenty of other food options not too far and shops in every direction. There is a bus stop really close or a short drive to the train station and an easy trip to the city. If you're not familiar with Perth many things are really close with both the wineries and the hills all within 30 mins drive. Even the iconic Fremantle, which is quite a bit south of here is still only 34 mins drive away.
