The Duncraig House

Stylish and spacious 3 bedroom house populated by just me, one overly friendly dog and a cat. Your room is super spacious! Light and breezy with a king bed, private ensuite, WIR and large desk. There are 2 living areas (one with a TV that I barely watch), so you can have privacy if you want it (and control of the remote!) Serene pet friendly backyard, BBQ and outdoor seating. Only 4 mins drive to Perth's amazing beaches and well located for public transport and shopping. The space There are two spacious living areas, so you can have your own zone of you want it. Feel free to make yourself at home in any area of the house, apart from my bedroom. I've got a second bedroom in the photos, but I only rent out the one at a time as I work from home. Use of the other spare room can be an option based on circumstances. The back living area is really spacious with a 75 inch TV flowing onto the serene backyard. The house has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine, dryer and washing line. Plenty of parking offstreet, and if you are concerned about car security you can park behind the garage door. I work from home so am around a lot. I may tuck myself in the spare room if you are also home during the day. I'm both social and introverted so can leave you to yourself or have a good chat depending on your mood :-)! The dog Hunter is an overly friendly border collie crossed with cocker spaniel. He's sweet and well behaved but not so good at reading the room and will definitely want to get to know you, so if you don't like dogs it's not the best place to stay! Pepper is like many cats, slightly skitty at first but tends to warm up. That's her looking curiously in from the sliding door in the lounge room. What I love best about the location is the speed to beach...only 4mins drive to the closest Sorrento and 5 to 6 to North Beach. Plenty of food options not too far and shops in every direction. There is a bus stop really close or a short drive to the train station and an easy trip to the city. If you're not familiar with Perth many things are really close with both the wineries and the hills all within 30 mins drive. Even the iconic Fremantle, which is quite a bit south of here is still only 34 mins drive away.
