Room in Retiro apartment

A room is rented in a shared apartment in a residential development in the Retiro area. It has a single bed (trundle bed: main bed on top and below it, an extra bed.) Single bathroom. Access to shared kitchen. Wi-Fi. Pool in summer. Possibility of renting with garage. Other things to note We don't hand over keys, but we're waiting to open the door for you when you need it. We telecommute and there is always someone in the house. We are flexible in terms of check-in time but as far as possible we ask that you be home before 12:00 midnight.
