Hire our special mobility service and get from your home to ours in total comfort) Guest access 1) The House and its spaces are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the booking guest and their group (there are no shared areas) 2) The garage is shared with our other houses in the mini-condominium (there are only 4 houses) 3) Access is from the time of Check-in. The time will be agreed and scheduled internally with us. If the guest is delayed and arrives after the scheduled time, we can coordinate this as long as it is a reasonable time. If you arrive very late at night or early in the morning (outside working hours), it must be coordinated subject to the payment of a supplement Other things to note Check-in: 2:00 PM or later if desired Check-out: 10:00 AM or earlier if desired - The house has everything you need to have fun: bed linens, kitchenware, appliances, etc. A broom, dustpan, and mop will also be included to maintain the courtesy toilet. Remember to review the list that we will provide you internally to see the detailed stock of items. NOT INCLUDED: - Personal toiletries *Towels * Soap, shampoo, PH - Cleaning supplies: * Garbage bags, cloths, cleaner, etc. TO DO. - Meetings and celebrations are allowed as long as the house's limit of people is respected. - The noise level must be respected so as not to disturb the neighbors - If decorated for the celebration, it is the guest's responsibility to clean up the leftovers (streamers, confetti, balloons, etc.) - PETS are allowed, but guests are responsible for cleaning up their feces and/or urine in the house. Also prevent them from climbing on beds and furniture, or damaging/dirtying decorations and so on. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in fines.
