Spend your days checking out local restaurants, shops downtown Eureka Springs, boating on Table Rock Lake, or Holiday Island golf course. After a fun-filled day, head back to grill up some dinner and relax on the couch with a movie on the 70" Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, electric fireplace/heater, TV and large desk. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a shower, separate toilet space and a Jacuzzi tub. The middle bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and its own TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser. All bedrooms have additional pillows and blankets. All areas are accessible within the home except a locked closet in the master bedroom for supplies. As host, we are available to contact with service contractors nearby for any immediate needs. Holiday Island is quiet vacation area on Table Rock Lake and just minutes from the Historic Eureka Springs. The nearby Marina has boat and kayak rentals less than a mile away. This home is a step away from the 9-hole golf course and recreation area with a pool, tennis courts and more. A car is needed to get around Holiday Island. The home has a 3 car garage and is available to store your car out of any weather or rain. Ice melt is available during winter. As hosts, we like to keep a few supplies like popcorn, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate in case guests need a quick pick-me-up. We often leave condiments in the fridge as well for use by guests. If there is a special need, please contact us in advance. Additional Groceries can be supplied for a fee.
