In the heart of historic Dogtown, this home is tucked away in a safe quite neighborhood and centrally located to all that St. Louis has to offer! Steps away from dining and drinks in the quaint vibrant downtown and a short 7 minute walk to the (FREE!) St. Louis Zoo and Forest Park! Easy access to I-64 and I-44 for short drives to downtown St. Louis! The space This completely remodeled 2-bedroom home is nestled in the heart of Dogtown St. Louis. This area offers great dining options (including ice cream for the kiddos!), all walkable! It can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. A king bed in the main bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a pull-out queen size sofa in the living room. The beautiful full kitchen contains all you need for home cooked meals. The full bathroom has a shower/bath combo and vanity. Each bedroom has a smart tv hooked up with a Disney+ subscription already logged in. Outside you'll find a spacious composite deck and a beautiful hand painted mural by a local St. Louis artist! Great for photo ops! The home offers a long driveway with a parking pad in the back for ample parking. Street parking is also available on the one-way street. Guest access You have access to the entire main floor living space and the walkout basement. The upstairs attic is blocked off to guests. Other things to note This is a wonderful well established neighborhood with fantastic neighbors who have lived here for decades (yes decades!). We ask that you please be kind and respectful. Because of this, we do ask that you follow the following house rules: Due to the close proximity to the neighbors, this property is a "no smokers" property. This means no smoking on the premises (no smoking inside or outside the home). This includes tobacco, vape and marijuana. We love our furry friends, but due to many guests having allergies, this is a "no pets" property. We fully appreciate guests wanting to visit with friends and family, but please do not use this house to host gatherings or events. We strictly follow AirBnB's rules of no parties, no events and no gatherings. Guests visiting this home should be limited to the registered, agreed upon guests in the reservation. We ask that you please, again, respect the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours which are after 9pm and before 7am. Please keep all outdoor noise to minimum during this time. Please understand that these house rules are strictly enforced and violation could result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Also note, we do provide a "starter kit" of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We have found this to be sufficient for a 2-3 day stay.
