Located in a historic home, this second level apartment is just 2 miles (and less) from Bronson hospital, WMU Med school, Kalamazoo Mall and restaurants such as Bells Brewery. As well as walking distance to K College. Close enough to enjoy all the downtown fun but far enough to also unwind after a long day. Your home away from home 😊 can’t wait to host you! The space ~Livingroom~ Includes: -Futon (not the comfiest) but some place for a 3rd person to sleep if needed. I also now have an extra pad to add on top for added comfort. -55 inch Smart TV. -Laptop friendly workspace with extra outlets and phone chargers. ~Kitchen~ Fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, basic seasonings and condiments. Coffee maker compatible with ground coffee or k-cups. ~Bedroom~ This cozy little room has a 12 inch, medium firm memory foam queen mattress. -Room darkening curtains. -55 inch Smart TV -Fan (and another additional fan in kitchen closet) -Extra outlets and a space to hang clothes. -Full length mirror in the hallway just outside of bedroom. ~Bathroom~ Shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, fresh towels and wash cloths. **Note the shower head will be a little short for anyone over 6ft as the back half of the tub wall is slanted so the rod has to be placed lower.** Guest access Guest’s have access to the entire unit and balcony outside of the entry door. Other things to note This is a multi-family home and there are long term tenants living in the 2 units below/next to this one.
