Please don't go over our stock in the cupboard storage. If you go over our stock, you will be charged for the replacement. - NO PARKING SPACE, DON'T BRING A CAR - The house may not be suitable for those who have a problem going up and down the staircase. - Extra charge for 3rd and 4th guests, 300 Baht per guest per night. - Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please smoke cigarettes only on the front porch. If you are found smoking inside, there will be a fine of 1,000 Baht. - Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited both inside and outside on the porch, as it disturbs our community/neighbors. Marijuana smoke affects elders and children in the community. Neighbors can report this to the police, as there is a law that allows non-smokers to report to authorities if they are disturbed by marijuana smoke.
