Burlap and Lace Coastal Cottages # 1

In the heart of downtown The space The Burlap and Lace Coastal Cottages are located right in the heart of downtown Ocean Shores. Cottage # 1 offers 2 bedrooms the first bedroom has 1 king the second has 2 queen size beds and  2 full bathrooms.  KITCHEN- We have provided a kitchen that is fully stocked with oven, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, waffle maker, tea pot and the spices.  LIVING AREA- the living room and dining area is one open space. There is a sitting area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Please note: we do not have cable tv but we do have a smart tv screen with web access that you can use your streaming accounts. Netflix, Hulu. Etc,.) Board games are located behind the vintage radio. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a counter with 2 bar stools. BEDROOM- the bedroom has 2 queen beds, small dresser and a chair that can be used in the dining area if necessary. OUTDOOR SPACE- **Please note that the outdoor space, including the hot tub, is shared with the other units if it is also booked during your stay. We have made a schedule for each room to use the hot tub at certain times so that you can have your privacy. Please check with the office for the schedule , it is also posted in each room. There is a covered picnic table, 2 sitting areas both with chimneys  (Wood bundles can be purchased at our local IGA Grocery store. ) The BBQ is a Webber charcoal grill There are a few yard games, including Jenga and cornhole. No Pets No Smoking  Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does not allow pets
