The apartment has 3 rooms, one has a private bathroom. 3 blocks to # 7 Subway, half block from bus lines. Full size bed, chair, desk, a table, lamp, Heating. Central AC. Wi-Fi access. Safe NYC neighborhood. The space Shared space with the owner. The apartment was just renovated, it doesn't have an old distribution like the old apartments in New York City. Modern look and clean, not clogged at all in the  Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Guest access Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms (stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dining table). During your stay If I am in the house I'll be available in person if I am not I will have someone else who lives in the building to help you, he will be also available to check your IDs and show you around the apartment and the neighborhood if I am not when you are checking in, I also have two other family members that can help you if needed. My property has keyless entry to the house after check-in, so you can get in at any time without having to find a key Other things to note We are conveniently located for guests coming to work in UN Headquarters (United Nations on 42 St). If you drive please park on the street, the parking is free, and you just only to observe the street cleaning regulation rules. Do not park in the driveway of the house as it is shared and the next-door owner may poll your car away. Please don't lose the keys we provide, if you lose them there will be a fee to replace them.
