With its open concept, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this spacious house is great for large families or for 2 families to travel together. The space There are two separate living spaces so that parents and kids can both enjoy their own shows. The first is large, bright and comfortable with tan sofas, a flat screen TV with direct access to the pool area via large sliding glass doors. The second living room is upstairs with comfortable sofas and a 75 inch TV which is perfect for a family movie night or, for those who want to watch their favorite sports team. The newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen is a place where the entire family can gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal while overlooking the golf course. There are 5 bedrooms - sleeps 10 comfortably with maximum capacity of 12 using the sofa-bed. 1 king (Master bedroom) 1 queen 6 singles 1 double pull-out couch + Extra single mattress for additional needs + Crib for babies. This spacious house offers 3 full bathrooms to give everyone lots of privacy. Mater Bedroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower + garden tub Main Floor: Full bathroom with walk-in shower Upstairs Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower bath Outside pool area: Enjoy your pool day in a screened-in backyard with lots of space for activities and sunbeds dotted around the pool for those who want to work on their tan. There is a covered dining suite by the pool for those who want to enjoy dining outdoors or take advantage of being outdoors in any conditions. If you plan to use the BBQ, please note that for safety reasons, we do not provide or refill the propane tank. Guests are responsible for ensuring it's filled if needed Whether you want to entertain friends or plan a family game night, we have different games for you to choose from. There are numerous fast-food and restaurants for the whole family to enjoy right outside the gate. The property is 1-hour to either coastlines that offer beautiful beaches. Please note: The pool averages around 80-85 degrees in the summer. If you would like to enjoy the pool year-round, we recommend that you request pool heating for your stay during the winter months. The pool heating is $35/day up to 3 nights. For stays longer than 3 nights, we will discount the price to $125/week and $500/month. Please note that all pool heating payments must be done prior to your stay.
