Guest access Situated on the edge of woodland, the site is the perfect base for exploring, walking, cycling or simply just relaxing. Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester, Monmouth and Cheltenham are all within easy travelling distance. The Forest itself has a wealth of natural beauty and many interesting attractions and outdoor events. We are a 30 second walk from the woods so whether you are looking for a really scenic walk or a place to cycle off site we have you covered. We are only a 10 minute walk from the village of Drybrook which has a lovely local butchers as well as a fantastic fish and chip shop and a Co-op. There is also a great village pub in Drybrook called The Hearts of Oak who offer a great selection of drinks and food. If you are looking to explore further than the local village there is a regular bus service from Drybrook that takes you to Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester, Monmouth and more fantastic local areas. We do have a fantastic 5* eatery onsite who serve the most amazing homemade food whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Sunday carvery is to die for!
