Comfortable bungalow close to town and countryside

Newly refurbished detached bungalow in Swindon Village, Cheltenham. We are on the edge of Cheltenham, with rural fields on the doorstep but just a 10 minute drive into the town centre. A great base to explore the Cotswolds, and less than 1.5 miles from the racecourse. Inside is a spacious, comfortable living space with brand new kitchen and bathroom. There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed. The space The property was fully refurbished inside, in 2022, with new kitchen and bathroom, a completely new central heating system, and redecorated throughout. We upgraded the loft insulation too so it is snug and cosy inside. The bathroom has a good shower, and plenty of storage, but no bath. There is good WiFi, and a smart tv. Please note that Bedroom 3 is a study with a large desk. It makes a perfect place to work during your stay. It also has a single sofa bed for those who don’t mind a fairly firm sleeping base. This is smaller than a standard single bed (shorter and less wide) - and is suitable for a child or small adult. Let us know on booking if you would like the bed made up. Outside, there is driveway parking for 1 car. There is a small, private, enclosed back garden, with decking and some garden furniture.
