You’ll love my place because of the location and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Other things to note *For Monthly Guests : Electricity and water are additional. (electricity : 6 baht/unit , water : 100 baht/room/month). *The additional payment will be requested through AIRBNB Resolution Center on your departure day. *Cleaning service is 1 time a week (Sheet&Towels will be replaced as well). **For Monthly guests, Welcome amenities is provided only 1 time on the arrival date. After that guests have to buy themselves. ***Smoking and vaping is strongly prohibited in this building even at the balcony. The reservation would be termiated without refunding and there is a 10,000 THB fine if you broke our smoking policy***
