Three bedroom house in Terrell Hills, an established well-kept neighborhood just north of downtown San Antonio. Room available includes 13x13 sleeping area plus private bath and walk-in closet. Room has direct access to backyard. The space House is an eclectic 1950's mid-century modern with wood floors throughout and period tile and fixtures in the bathrooms. Very charming. Guest access Guests would have access to garage for laundry facilities, kitchen, living room, office, and backyard. During your stay The house will not be empty when rented. As your host, I am quiet and unobtrusive. I'm happy to chat in passing or sitting out on the patio with a beverage, but I'm also quite content to keep out of the way, however you'd be most comfortable. Other things to note I have a very friendly dog. She loves to visit and say hello, but she's quiet and very laid back once she meets you.
