The space Our spot is right around the corner from Ybor’s coffee shops, nightlight, and culture—close enough to walk, far enough to get some peace. You’re also steps away from the Coppertail Brewery, the Saturday Market, Centro Asturiano de Tampa, local boutiques, restaurants, and other cool places that make Ybor the most unique neighborhood in Tampa. • Sleep hard: one bedroom with queen-sized bed w/ Tempurpedic mattress. Curtains over the windows let you keep it dark and sleep in.  • Chill: The living space has an 8’ couch and 48” smart tv, so you can pick up where you left off on your latest guilty pleasure show on Netflix or Hulu. • Work: The space is perfect for a work-away situation. With fast wifi and a desk large enough to accommodate any setup, you can power through those tasks in no time.  • Eat in: With microwave, convection oven, hot plate, fridge, and a full range of kitchen equipment and utensils, it’s easy to warm up leftovers, whip up a snack or quick breakfast, or even cook a full meal. For coffee, we offer a Keurig with pods on deck. • Washer/dryer: Need to freshen up? No problem. The washer/dryer is right outside the living space, so you have access without feeling like you’re in a laundromat. Guest access Access No curfew or restrictions, so come and go as you please 24/7. We’ll give you a code to the suite before you check-in. Check-ins and check-outs Before you arrive, you'll receive a personalized code to the door. We’d be happy to meet you and show you around, or you can make yourself at home on your own. When you leave, just tap the lock symbol to the lock, and you’re set. Other things to note Please-do’s and please-don’ts Partying and extra guests - We love a good party, too! But keep it reasonable and respectful. Please don’t do anything in our house that you wouldn’t do if you were house-sitting your mom’s home. If you have friends staying nearby, they’re welcome to pop over, just let us know. The space is not big enough to accommodate more than 4 people total, so please keep it at 4 or below. If you hit it off with someone new, wonderful! Just remember the suite is for registered guests only. Smoking and substances - Please do not vape or smoke cigarettes, blunts/joints, etc. We want to keep the space friendly to other guests who deal with allergies. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your butts in a trash can. Of course, any illegal drug use is prohibited.   Parking - Parking on the street in front or on the side of the house is your best bet—and it’s free. We (your hosts) will be using the driveway.  Pets - We don’t allow pets, not even small ones. Again, we strive to keep the space allergy-friendly.  Accidents - We get it, they happen! But please let us know ASAP, so we can minimize the damage, fix it quickly, and help you keep your deposit. Please don’t flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. Everything else can go in a trash can. If you use the stovetop, make sure it’s turned off when you leave. There is no dining table, so if you sit on the couch to eat, please try not to get food on the couch.  Stolen, broken, or lost items - When something goes missing, it’s one less thing the next guests will have to enjoy their stay. You’ll be charged for missing and broken items.  Security - When you head out for the day, please lock the lock to the door at the bottom of the staircase. It does not lock automatically. There are cameras on the exterior of the house, but we do not record anything inside of the house.  Identification - When you book, Airbnb doesn’t share your personal info with us. After booking is confirmed, we will ask you to provide a valid photo ID as the person physically staying. We don’t keep this information or give it to anyone, it’s just a safety precaution for us. Bonus points - We’ve packed the space with everything you need to vacation your way. We want you to use it!
