The space Three Bedrooms two Bath rooms, and plenty of toys, books and games for the family. Fully stocked kitchen, on site washer and dryer with laundry soaps and extras, dedicated dining room. Large walk-in closets. fully stocked with extra down feather pillows and bougie sheets and down feather blankets. Egyptian cotton towels and wash clothes. Complimentary bag of toiletries. Alarm clocks, sleep sound machines, lavender bed sprays. Complimentary bottled water and snacks. Tempur-Pedic lift beds and mattress in all bedrooms. Stainless steel grill outside. Very nice leather furniture as well as stylish decor. Privacy pvc fence around the pool with four chaise chairs and a table with 6 chairs and umbrella around the pool deck with palm trees around the pool. Pool floats and pool toys and towels are also included. The back porch also has four rocking chairs and a grill for your convenience. There is a grill outside under the carport with a picnic table Guest access Just prior to your stay, a code will be sent for the front door entry. The Master bedroom comes with a King size Tempur-Pedic lift bed with a private Bathroom with a tub and shower and double sinks. Also a 70 Inch HD TV. Also, we have Highchairs and baby beds etc. Bedroom 2 is stocked with two ex-large twin temper- pedic lift beds! Plenty of extra bedding. In the closet is two Tempur-pedic rollout beds for extra guest along with all the linens and pillows. A high chair is also provided in there and a portable crib. Bedroom Three comes with a QUEEN Tempur-pedic lift, bed and an oversized temper-pedic roll out bed and a queen blow up mattress, with large windows and a complete office area with computer and printer. Coffee bar is also included in this room. All Bedrooms have curtains and blinds. In the Laundry area is the second full size Bathroom. Washer and dryer is also provided along with the washing soaps and dryer sheets. The living room flows into the dining room to create a welcoming common area. The Third Bedroom also has a living room area and 70 Inch HD Tv/ Coffee and Tea Bar. Our fully stocked Kitchen has all the amenities that you will need to cook with. Coffee and Tea Bar along with an array of coffee and teas to choose from along with mugs or carry out cups with lids. Enjoy the oversized inground swimming pool that comes with resort like seating and chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of Beach towels, and pool floats and sunscreen. There is a back porch that is perfect for waking up and drinking your coffee while relaxed under a covered area in your rocking chairs. A grill is also provided on the deck. The whole back area has a 7-foot privacy fence built in with locking gates to keep the little ones safe. The front porch has a lovely built in swing and two Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy. I also provide snacks and a box of cookie for your convince. We have a Nice Dollar Store right up the street.
