Large loft conversion made with king size bed, mini lounge, bathroom, kitchenette and stunning view. Relax in the country with London only 25 mins away. Hatfield House and Station less than 10 mins. Hertford 10 mins. University of Herts 10 mins. Lots of country walks. Animals allowed. Tv includes Netflix, disney and sky (including sky movies) and other external connections from hdmi and usb. Everyone welcome. Access via two staircases. The space Bedroom, sitting room and bathroom are all part of an open loft conversion and includes small lounge area, king size bed and a range of kitchen amenities including mini oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Also has range of breakfast cereals and milk provided in fridge. Large parking area. Desk. Large Tv which includes Netflix, disney + and Sky (including movies). Access via main house. You may be greeted by a cat! During summer you can also use garden where you will see many cats (many are rescue) and kittens. If you are staying more than one week you can request access to the main kitchen which would be shared with my family. Guest access Loft conversion-large bedroom with en-suite, kitchenette and sitting area, Access to shared garden and kitchen for longer term stays of more than a week. Cats a plenty in menagerie, including kittens. 2 gardens. One is cat free and the other includes cats and kittens with additional seating area. During your stay Always about in eves if you need any help. Have two children. Also have cats and kittens (on a frequent basis). Other things to note Must be ok with cats that are kept mostly downstairs and outside. Always kittens about! If you have any allergies to cats then I do not recommend this accommodation. Range of rescue cats and several are breeding. Several have access to main kitchen. You are welcome to take one upstairs in to your room as they are very friendly.
