Double room & private bathroom

A cozy, quiet double bedroom with private bathroom. Available for short term stays or longer term stays - a standard sized double room; double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table. Pleasantly decorated. Next to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and a living room - happy for this to be used. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for further information. The space A quiet and comfortable home, pleasantly decorated, modern and cozy. I have a friendly house rabbit who lives downstairs. The bedroom is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden with some trees visible which add to the coziness. Bathroom is next to the guest bedroom and is for sole and private use of guests. Please be respectful of neighbours and others in the property. Shared: Living room Kitchen/diner Guest access Living areas downstairs consist of the kitchen/diner and the living room. Which you are welcome to use. The garden at the back of the property is paved and you are welcome to use. During your stay I may not be around much due to my work schedule. But more than happy to offer help when I am around, and easily contactable on my mobile number if you do need anything during your stay. Other things to note Fresh bedding will be put on for your arrival. If you require this changed by myself during your stay, please inform me. This is not routinely changed during your stay and fresh bedding and towels can be found within the wardrobe if you wish to change during your stay. Washing machine is located within the kitchen and is welcome to be used. Clothes airer located within the kitchen cupboard or living room area. Main front door is operated by a YALE smart lock - see check in details for more information. Hallway door into the kitchen can either be open or closed (the rabbit won’t try and go into the kitchen so don’t worry) Recycling and waste bin in the kitchen - left side is household waste and right side is recycling. Parking - the driveway is a double driveway shared with neighbours. Please kindly do not use the driveway unless prior agreed with myself. There is ample parking around the estate and a lay-by just down from my home which can be used if not occupied. On arrival please ensure you are at the correct house (the address is displayed outside the house). Thank you
