Turn of the century renovated 1884 Solid Cream City Brick Home with modern amenities. The Cream City Cottage is a quick 6 minute walk to the heart of historical downtown Port Washington, Lake Michigan, restaurants, and shopping. This quaint home features 2 beds & 1 bath and a fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy wine or a cocktail on the fantastic back patio. A short drive to downtown Milwaukee, Cedarburg and Kohler. The Interurban Trail is easily accessible from our location. Pets are not allowed. The space This two-story home is 936 square feet. Both beds are on the second floor and requires climbing steps to access them. The master bedroom is a private bedroom, and the other sleeping area is an open concept room with full size bed and closet, this is not a private room. It is important to note the open concept sleeping area has direct access to open stairs. It is important to note is that the only bathroom is accessed through walking through the master bedroom. Other things to note Covid-19 Information: We have a professional cleaning service contracted to clean the house they focus on disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, handles, kitchen appliance handles, window blind sticks, kitchen counters, remotes, alarm clocks, light switches, thermostats, garbage cans and windowsills to name the most commonly touched items. We have hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and anti-bacterial spray available to guests to use during each stay. All bedding is also washed and dried on high heat settings. The cleaning fee reflects these additional measures.
