The space The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, one en-suite, and a guest bathroom. It has a full kitchen and a modern living room all in glass, which enhances the view and integrates the environments, with an ecological fireplace to make the atmosphere even more cozy. Outside, you will find a delightful swimming pool, a shower next to the pool, a gourmet balcony with a cooktop, a barbecue grill, a wood-fired oven, and a large and pleasant balcony, perfect for relaxing moments. For children and family moments, the space offers a playground and soccer field, ensuring leisure for all ages. Note: near our Ranch there is a horse stall and training center!
