Please ask the Host for instructions regarding the use of the laundry machines. The Owner/Host will try our best to accommodate the use of the Laundry machines. During your stay I will be living on the property, I do tend to greet my guest and show them around the property when I'm available. We have Vietnamese coffee ($5), Home made Pho ($15), and it's a very limited supply. Please ask for availability. Thanks! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT NOTE TO GUEST LATE CHECK-OUT The Host MUST APPROVE any late checkout 1st as it may conflict with another guest's check-in schedule. We may allow guest to checkout 1 hour after our checkout time 11:00am (11:00 HRS). Guest must request this at a minimum of 1 day in advance prior to their checkout date, otherwise the Host has the right to deny or charge a late checkout fee of $10/hour. EARLY CHECK-IN The Host MUST APPROVE an early check-in 1st as it may conflict with other guest's scheduled checkout & Cleaning. We may allow guest to check-in 1 hour before 3:00pm if possible (15:00 HOURS). Guest must request this prior to confirming their reservation, otherwise the Host has the right to deny or charge an early check-in fee of $10/hour. Please remove your shoes, you can place them on the shoe rack or in your room. Indoor slippers are allowed within the House. The Host can supply if needed. Guest will be charge an additional fee of $10/day if this rule is not complied with. Non-Registered person(s) or Visitor(s) that stay on the property without the express authority of the Host is in violation of the House rules. The Guest will be charged $15/night per additional person(s). If an extra guest stays for more then 4 hours or over night (after midnight) the extra guest fee is automatically included. The guest must clearly ask if there's a cost associated otherwise the Host has the right to charge the fee without noticed. ACCESS CODES to the property is ONLY ALLOWED for Registered guest(s). Any guest giving out access code(s) of the property to anyone including visitors is in direct violation of the safety of the Owner and it's occupants. The guest may receive a warning for the 1st offence. If the matter persist, the Guest(s) will be ask to leave. The Guest(s) will NOT receive any compensation regarding any nights left on their reservation. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
