How the rental works: The daily rate is R$500.00 for up to 10 people during the week in low season. On weekends, the daily rate is R$600.00 for up to 10 people. For more than 10 people, we charge R$50.00 per person up to a limit of 40 people. Any goods or equipment that are damaged must be reimbursed in cash at market value. We deliver the house clean and we will receive it clean. Otherwise, a fee of R$200.00 will be charged for cleaning and sanitizing purposes.
