This romantic bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a mini refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, Keurig and 43” smart tv. An exposed chimney with mood lighting sets the ambience. The bathroom is sparkling clean. The space You will love the proximity to the amenities of downtown Kennebunk from our location such as restaurants, our new upscale bowling alley with 5 star dining and a bar, Saturday farmer’s market, shops and parks. We are just a short walk or bicycle ride into town. Several area beaches are only 5 miles away. We are just 2 miles to the Maine turnpike and 4 miles from Kennebunkport. Guest access Guests who wish to experience an outdoorsy backyard New England experience have access to our rustic backyard fire-pit and bbq area as well as an outdoor 2-person cozy hot tub. Enjoy an authentic Maine evening by grilling dinner and having your wine or beer by an open fire 🔥 Other things to note This private room and bath is on the second floor and requires climbing an outdoor stairway to access the room. There is a mini-frig, a convection microwave, a toaster & a Keurig as well as basic dishes, mugs, wine glasses and silverware. Please note there is no access to a full kitchen. An outdoor grill is also available to my guests. Initial coffee pods, creamers & sugars are provided. There is no “check-in” desk or area. Guests will be given a key code to access their room directly. Each room has an outside private entry. Guests do not need to go thru the main home to access their rooms. Parking is street-side on a dead end road immediately in front of the unit.
