Discover nature in Malalcahuello with the whole family at this stylish place. Nordic design loft with well-used spaces and unique views. Immersed in nature but very close to the village. Enjoy in summer or winter. The space A large living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and a kitchen. On the same level is the master bedroom (1 king bed) and the bathroom. The bathroom has three areas, with the shower and toilet in separate areas from the sink. On a large second floor there are three beds (1.5 places each). The house prioritizes the wide views of the mountain, nature and the well-lit environments. Outside, a large terrace with a gazebo and an unmissable hot tub on its separate terrace, surrounded by trees, welcomes you. At the entrance there is a room, known as a "chiflonera" in the area, to separate the cold atmosphere from the outside in winter. Here there is space to store food or drinks and there is also a washer/dryer. In addition, the house has a storage room for bicycles or skis and a work table for fixing skis. Guest access When you're traveling, we'll contact you by phone or messaging to guide you in the last few meters if you have any questions. Parking is in front of the house. Our co-host will be waiting for you with the house open and running. She can tell you the details of how the house works and answer any questions you may have. She will give you the keys and at the end of the stay she will receive the keys and the house back when you continue traveling. Other things to note SHEETS AND TOWELS: The house has sheets and towels for each passenger listed during the stay (max 5). HEATING: The house has central floor heating with individual thermostats per room. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove. It is impossible to get cold. WIFI: Permanent Starlink. There is very good cellular signal KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: The kitchen is very well-equipped. Basic cleaning supplies are available. Firewood is available for the wood-burning stove. The house has permanent WIFI and good cellphone signal. It's a mountain area. In winter, the electricity and/or cell phone signal may occasionally be cut off. In the event of a power outage, the house still has cold water and can be heated only with the wood-burning stove.
