Our apartment is located in a former hotel residence secured by digicode and has since become a condominium of 90 apartments divided into about twenty small units not exceeding 2 floors. The residence has a swimming pool, tropical garden and two parking lots. Our accommodation, designed to accommodate 4 people very comfortably, is on the 1st floor. It thus benefits from very high brightness and excellent ventilation with its large bay windows that you can keep wide open without being disturbed by the tropical fauna and insects that love the humidity of the soil. It was completely renovated in 2025 (paint, curtains, lighting, air conditioning, etc.) and refreshed every year since. It features: o A living/dining area with a sofa bed (140 x 200), a coffee table with 2 armchairs, a dining area with a table and chairs, a swivel wall TV, an extensive desk-secretary, 2 fans (wall and column on the floor), a large combination fridge/ventilated cold freezer. o A fully equipped kitchenette with its "bar" and 2 high chairs, a 2-burner glass-ceramic hob, a sink and pull-out shower, a microwave, a steamer, a large multifunctional oven, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster etc... o An air-conditioned bedroom with a bed (160 x 200), a large storage space, a hotel safe for your valuables, an "umbrella" bed and a high chair for toddlers on request (rentals that we take care of). o A bathroom (scale, sink, shower and toilet), as well as a second toilet. o A washing machine and dryer are available for your personal belongings as well as an iron and ironing board. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) are provided and changed regularly by our on-site representative. o The box equipping it will give you access to the internet (Wi-Fi). The residence is located 15 min. walk from the center of the village of SAINTE-ANNE (approx. 4,500 inhabitants) with its supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, shops, its daily market with its "peasant products" and Antillean specialties, its local peaches, its snacks and restaurants, doctors, physiotherapists, dentist and pharmacy and 3.5 km from the beaches of Les Salines.
