The space On the first floor there is the kitchen, patio, and living room which has a sofa bed (for an extra guest), and a premium quality office chair and height adjustable office table if you work from home. On the second floor there is your room, and the bathroom. Guest access You ll have full private access to the parking, living room, kitchen, bathroom and to your room. The other room (which is my room) and the utility room are locked as Im only renting my house short term whilst im on vacation. Other things to note Due to fines put on several guests ignoring the house rules that no unbooked guests are allowed into the house, kindly do not book if you plan not to respect the house rules and note cctv cameras outside the house do highlight of unbooked guests get in.
